Supplemental Support Packages (SSP) 

Supplemental Support Packages (SSPs) include -10 (operator) and -20 (maintainer) level refresher training, annual preventive maintenance programs, warranty extension services, follow-up New Equipment Training (NET) and Train-The-Trainer (TTT) instruction. Several support options can be provided for all sub-caliber training systems. Field Service Representatives (FSRs) are also available to attend major training events to assist crews with installation and perform pre- and post- fire inspections. Additionally, AAC can provide Functional Test Units (FTUs) for bench testing and evaluation system readiness.
